Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SwiftBand. If something isn't right, we'll make it right - usually faster than a return would take.

Damaged or Defected Items

If your SwiftBand arrives damaged, faulty, or stops working as it should, we'll sort it out at no cost to you.

  • Just send us a photo. Email a picture of the issue to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. There's no need to ship the item back to us.
  • We'll replace it free of charge, or issue a full refund if you'd prefer.
  • Most replacements are on their way within 1-2 business days of us confirming the issue.

We cover all costs for damaged or defective items - there's nothing for you to pay.

Not the right fit? Our 30-day satisfaction promise

If you've changed your mind, you can return your SwiftBand within 30 days of delivery.

  • Email us at [email protected] within 30 days to start a return.
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll refund your order (not including shipping costs) within 5 business days.

How refunds work

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • You'll see the credit within 5–10 business days of us processing it, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • For defective-item refunds, we process as soon as we've confirmed the issue from your photo - no waiting on a return shipment.
